The cyber café is open!! Vincent, the manager has contacted me from the café, where he is supervising two clients - not bad for the first hours of the first day.
Once word gets about that we are open, we are hoping that things will really take off.

It seems the obvious way to go. If I want funds for the NGO, then we should go out and earn it rather than beg for it.
The same money, if I had used it directly, would have done some short term work, but then it would be gone. Now, we are assured of a regular income, and my friend and business partner will have a good income to look after his family as well. And if he doesn't have to worry about where their net meal is coming from, he can divert more energy to looking after the orphans. It is a win-win situation.
